Automated Ultrasonic Spray Coating
Ultrasonic spray coating atomises a liquid into a fine, low-velocity mist, which is how it produces even films on delicate substrates that conventional spraying would disturb. UltraSprayer-Pro is the automated end of the Idasonic laboratory range: three-axis motion, three independent liquid channels and a heated substrate plate, controlled from a touchscreen. It is aimed at groups moving from single experiments towards repeatable, pilot-scale deposition.
