RexerLab (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This website is a static informational site: it has no user accounts, no comment functions, and it does not set cookies of its own.

What data we process

Email correspondence. If you contact us at partner@rexerlab.com or thomas@rexerlab.com, we process the personal data you provide (name, email address, company, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.).

Hosting and server logs. This website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. via its global content delivery network. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser information in server logs for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. See Google’s privacy policy.

External links. Links to third-party sites (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube) are subject to those providers’ own privacy policies once you follow them. No third-party content is embedded directly on this site.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use advertising trackers or profiling cookies.

Legal basis and retention

We process inquiry data on the basis of taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Correspondence is retained as long as needed for the business relationship or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
